What exactly does this program consists of?

With this one-on-one coaching program, you'll get a coaching workbook to guide your work and three 40 minutes weekly coaching sessions.

How do I schedule my appointments?

After you purchase, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointments. We can either meet via Zoom, Google Meet, or via telephone (if that's what you prefer).


After Your Purchase

After purchasing the 3-week coaching package, you will receive 2 emails. Email 1 will include your fillable Coaching Workbook PDF which can be printed out or filled out using Adobe Reader. 

A second email will come with your next steps which will include:

  • Filling our a questionnaire to identify your goals
  • Scheduling your coaching sessions
